Terms of use
These terms cover this website. They do not cover a pilot, a hardware order or a dashboard subscription. Each of those is a signed agreement of its own, and that agreement wins wherever the two disagree.
Effective 10 September 2026
01What this site is
It describes a product and invites you to ask about it. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to supply. A pilot exists once both sides have signed for it.
02Figures and specifications
Performance figures on this site come from the field study cited beneath them and describe the rooms that were measured. Your building will differ. Radiator runtime is not energy savings, fuel savings or cost savings, and we do not present it as any of those.
Specifications describe ARC as it stands today and change as the product does. Certification and patent status are stated as in progress where they are in progress. We will confirm current status in writing before you sign anything.
03Using the contact form
Send us accurate information about yourself and your building, and do not use the form to send anything unlawful or anything you do not have the right to share. We reserve the right to ignore or block submissions that abuse it.
04Ownership
The ARC name, the Radiator Revivers name and mark, the text, the illustrations and the code of this site belong to Radiator Revivers LLC. BACnet is a registered trademark of ASHRAE, and other product names belong to their owners; we name them to describe compatibility, not affiliation.
05Availability and links
We do not promise the site is always up or always correct, and we are not responsible for sites we link to. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this site.
06Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Questions go to contact@radiatorrevivers.com.
