01What we collect

The contact form asks for your name and your email address, and gives you room for your organization and a message, both of which you can leave empty. The form is the only place on this site you can type.

Our server keeps short-lived request logs that include IP addresses, as any web server does. We do not read them for marketing. When you send the form, the email that reaches us also carries what your browser tells any site: the address it was sent from, the browser and device, the screen size, the language and time zone, the page you arrived on and the site that sent you, and how long the page was open before you pressed Send. We use those to tell a person from a bot and to know how you found us; none of them is kept anywhere but that email.

The site also records how it is used: which pages are opened, which sections are scrolled to, where on each page you click or tap, which links and buttons are pressed, which clicks did nothing, how fast the page loaded, and whether a form was started and sent. Each record carries the approximate location your IP address points to (country, region and city), your browser, device and screen size, and the site that sent you. A session may be replayed as a recording of what was on screen, with every field you type into and the whole form masked out, so what you write is never in it. We use PostHog to store and read these records.

To tell a returning visitor from a new one, the site stores a random identifier in a cookie and in your browser's local storage. It holds no name and is not shared with any other site. Until you send the form, the records are tied to that identifier and to nobody.

When you send the form, we attach your name, email address and organization to those records, including the ones from earlier visits in the same browser, so we can see what you read before you wrote to us. Your message is never attached.

02Why we have it

We use what you send to answer you: to work out whether ARC suits your building, to reply with a pilot scope or a quote, and to follow up on that conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the processors named below.

We will not add you to a mailing list on the strength of a contact form. If we ever run one, it will ask you first.

03Who else touches it

Vultr hosts the server this site and its contact form run on. Resend delivers the resulting email to us. PostHog receives the usage records described above, and the name, email address and organization attached to them once you send the form. Cloudflare runs the check on the contact form that tells a person from a bot: while that page is open, your browser sends Cloudflare signals about itself and your device, and when you press Send our server sends Cloudflare your IP address to confirm the check passed. Those four are the whole list; the typefaces are served from our own server, so no font provider sees your visit.

04How long we keep it

Form submissions arrive as email and stay in our inbox. We delete inquiries that did not lead anywhere after two years. If you become a customer, the contract governs retention instead of this page.

The usage records in PostHog, including any name attached to them, are deleted after thirty days.

05Your choices

Write to contact@radiatorrevivers.com and ask for a copy of what we hold on you, a correction to it, or its deletion, including the usage records attached to your name. We will do it within thirty days and we will not ask you why.

To stop being recognized as a returning visitor, clear this site's cookies and local storage, or turn on your browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting: the site records nothing about a browser that sends either.

06Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it. Questions about any of it go to contact@radiatorrevivers.com.
