01What we collect

The contact form asks four things about the building, as choices from a list: its type, its steam system, roughly how many radiators it has, and its city. It then asks for your name and your email address, and gives you room for your organization and any notes, both of which you can leave empty. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you, and the form is the only place you can type.

Our server keeps short-lived request logs that include IP addresses, as any web server does. We do not read them for marketing. The address a form is sent from is included in the email that reaches us, so that we can tell a person from a bot.

The site also records how it is used: which pages are opened, which sections are scrolled to, which buttons are pressed, how fast the page loaded, and, when you send the form, which building type, system type, radiator range and city you chose. It does this without cookies, without a persistent identifier, and without your name, email or message. A session may be replayed as a recording of what was on screen, with every field you type into and the whole form masked out, so what you write is never in it. We use PostHog to store and read these records.

02Why we have it

We use what you send to answer you: to work out whether ARC suits your building, to reply with a pilot scope or a quote, and to follow up on that conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the processors named below.

We will not add you to a mailing list on the strength of a contact form. If we ever run one, it will ask you first.

03Who else touches it

Vultr hosts the server this site and its contact form run on. Resend delivers the resulting email to us. PostHog receives the usage records described above. Those three are the whole list; the typefaces are served from our own server, so no font provider sees your visit.

04How long we keep it

Form submissions arrive as email and stay in our inbox. We delete inquiries that did not lead anywhere after two years. If you become a customer, the contract governs retention instead of this page.

05Your choices

Write to contact@radiatorrevivers.com and ask for a copy of what we hold on you, a correction to it, or its deletion. We will do it within thirty days and we will not ask you why.

06Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it. Questions about any of it go to contact@radiatorrevivers.com.
